By accessing or using the MD Bullion website or by submitting a request for access or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website or engage in transactions with us.

Description of Services

MD Bullion, operated by DPML LLC, is a referral-only wholesale business that provides access to physical precious metals (gold, silver, and platinum bullion). We facilitate orders through approved suppliers. We do not act as a custodian and do not provide storage services unless separately agreed in writing.

Eligibility and Referral-Based Access

Access to MD Bullion is referral-based and may be granted or revoked at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve, limit, or decline access requests to maintain operational integrity, pricing discipline, and compliance standards.

Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and final confirmation. Pricing is provided as spot price plus a disclosed premium. Any applicable shipping, insurance, or tax on non-exempt items is disclosed prior to order confirmation. Orders and pricing are only locked once cleared funds are received and the order is confirmed with our supplier.

We accept domestic wire transfers and USDC. We do not accept cash, money orders, ACH, or third-party payments. When paying with USDC, you are responsible for ensuring the correct network and wallet address are used.

Shipping, Risk of Loss, and Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by local delivery or pickup, or by shipping on approved orders. For shipped orders, products are sent through approved suppliers with tracking, and delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss and title generally pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, in accordance with the supplier’s shipping terms and applicable law. For local delivery or pickup, risk of loss and title pass to you upon transfer of the products.

Cancellations and Returns

Due to the nature of commodity markets and wholesale fulfillment, all sales are generally final once the order has been placed with the supplier. Cancellations requested prior to order placement with the supplier may be considered but are not guaranteed. You may be responsible for any market movement, supplier fees, or spreads incurred.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MD Bullion and DPML LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any transaction with us.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
